RSF Social Investment Fund offers investment notes that support companies and non-profit organizations in the areas of food & agriculture, education & the arts, and ecological stewardship. Since 1984 they have provided over $275M in capital with a 100% return rate to investors. Pi supports RSF because of its commitment to investments that are "direct, transparent and personal, based on long-term relationships." For instance, rather than using LIBOR, RSF sets its interest rates through client/investor in-person meetings each quarter. 

The Working World is a non-profit organization that provides financing for worker-owned cooperatives through a unique, flexible instrument that is focused on building wealth in low-income communities. Pi shares The Working World's commitment to adding more value than it extracts at a structural level, while also consistently delivering investor returns. The Working World enabled 17 worker-owners in Chicago buy out the New Era Windows company, and has been growing its fund and partner network nationally to be able to support a greater number of cooperatives. Having already successfully deployed and recaptured a first loan, Pi intends to support TWW's fund. 

 Govtech Fund is a venture fund focused on investing in startups that are transforming the trillion dollar government software & IT market. Notably, Govtech Fund focuses on investments in companies that enable government to better serve the everyday needs of citizens, such as accessing public benefits, education and healthcare, and enhancing citizen engagement. Pi was attracted to the investment thesis of producing great returns by enabling the government to better serve its people, encouraging community engagement and accountability. 

Impact America is an early-stage fund that invests in high growth companies improving the well-being of underserved communities and creating quality jobs in America. Impact America supports diverse entrepreneurs scaling businesses focused on Health & Wellbeing, Education, Essential Services and Financial Security. Pi Investments believes there is significant opportunity to support underserved communities through impact investment in the US, and will be supporting Impact America in enhancing its impact metrics and management. 

Ecotrust Forest Management (EFM) manages land on behalf of investors and forestland owners to enhance forest health and productivity, and to produce a diverse array of forest products and services including timber, biomass, carbon, and improved habitat and water quality. Pi was particularly interested in EFM given its emphasis on incorporating local communities into its economic development efforts, specific collaborations with indigenous communities, downside protection through New Market Tax Credits, and paying careful attention to the long-term conservation value of its properties; especially at the time of exit.
